Glutenus Maximus is a waffle shop/bakery in San Diego, California, started by a passionate baker with the help of his dad. It began at farmers markets and promptly cultivated a following. Soon after the waffle gospel spread and demand for flavor salvation grew locally, it became evident that the experience of the waffle could not be contained and needed to be shared with the world.
